Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom and personalized items, including engraved pet pendant necklaces, may require additional processing time of 3–10 business days depending on design complexity.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

South Africa
Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
Remote Areas: 5–15 business days
International Shipping
Standard International Shipping: 7–25 business days
