Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

Products must be returned in original packaging where possible

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Custom or personalized products, including engraved pet pendant necklaces

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Clearance, sale, or promotional items unless defective

Because personalized items are made specifically for each customer, refunds or exchanges cannot be provided unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

Our support team will review your request and provide a resolution

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

Store credit

A partial or full refund

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase before processing begins.

Once production or shipping has started, cancellations may no longer be possible, especially for personalized items.

Lost Packages

Furthers is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier. However, we will assist customers in opening a shipping investigation where possible.
